Layaway Policy & Order Form

Only orders of $100.00 or more may be placed on layaway.

A 20% deposit is required at the time the layaway is opened.

If an item on layaway goes on sale during the layaway term, you may only receive the sale price if the balance is paid in full during the sale time.

There is a $10.00 service charge and a 10% restocking fee for all canceled layaways.

If you have not paid for the layaway in full within the layaway term , the layaway will be considered to be forfeited.

Layaways placed for Christmas delivery must be paid for by Dec. 1st. in order to guarentee timely delivery.

Our layaway plan is for 1 year. You may payoff your layaway anytime before due date. Once we receive your layaway and deposit, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail and your item/items will be placed on hold. For every payment received you will receive a detailed invoice showing the payment and new balance via e-mail. On the 11th month of your layaway, you will receive a reminder that you have a month to payoff your layaway. Once the layaway is paid in full an invoice will be included with your items when shipped.
